i'm sorry if this has been covered (classic line, right?) but does anyone know what the image on the cover of the john foxx/louis gordon "drive ep" is?

If you go into Alex's website Quiet City and click on the album cover for Crash and Burn included in the text is a scan of the cover of the Drive EP

I can send you a bigger scan of it if you like, but you still won't figure it out!!

I guess it's just abstract metal... since it was for "Drive" I always thouhgt that perhaps it could have been a close-up of a car part... possibly a mirrored image of a slightly squashed exhaust pipe... maybe!!

Ha! Thanks, Alex. I've been enjoying your site. Your reviews of the concerts and releases have been fun reading. Just finished the one about the "Tiny Colour Movies" show ... I wish i had been there! seems like it was an ideal venue.

You're right. It does look like a close-up of a car part. Something to do with driving.
