Fabulous pictures, Brian--they beat mine to all heck. I wasn't in a great picture-taking spot most of the night. However, I will post my attempts to Flickr and provide a link later on...

I also have some video to post to YouTube. Not great quality, but may give you an idea of things before the official DVD comes out...

More on that later.

I just got back.

I had a great time! I really enjoyed most of the gig except I do agree that the Louis part of the set probably didnt quite work. My favourite was Slow Motion!

I did go to the Lock Tavern at 3 but only worked it out who were the Forum crew when Mr Normal walked in and that was almost 4.00pm. Up til then I was doing a Quiet man impersonation at the bar! wink Then my sister came in so I spent the rest of the time talking with her ( I hadnt seen her for two years). Anyway, I did shake hands with several of you and I did have a longer chat with Gary and Fons then later with Chris at the show. Nice to meet you all. Very nice chaps indeed! Who knows maybe I will buy a ticket for both my wife and I next time (oops, who will look after the kids?).

By the way, I almost got knocked over during the show as well when those drunken dudes had their brief brawl.

I thought about sticking around to meet John but since it wasnt a normal show and Numan was DJing I thought he might not appear and off I went back to Brum. My wife was expecting to see a photo eek
Anyway, I got lost driving out of London and ended up arriving at my Mothers house at 2.30 am. I then woke up at 6.30 to head up to Manchester to get my plane to Philadelphia. In Philadelphia my plane was delayed because of summer storms and I waited 5.5 hours. I got in the house at 9.45 US time thats almost 27 hours after the gig ended.

Its been a hell of a weekend but I would do it again anytime. laugh

Top stuff again Brian. Thanks for your efforts. I recorded the audio but couldn't be bothered to film it. I have videoed quite a few shows in the past and it spoils my pleasure of the gig so I am glad you recorded it. Your Lumix Camera really is a good bit of kit and gives great results. I really hope a DVD of this gig is released. I tried to look at the stream when I got back from the gig at 3.30am (200+ miles drive) but sadly it was only streamed live. Did anyone manage to record video and/or sound and if so could they make it availible?
