OP -27315 Member Joined: Jan 2007 Andromeda's heart	Do you have a track playing in your head right now? Sometimes I will sit in a dark room and select a track from memory and just drift away in my own cerebral jukebox. Have you done the same? I find it extremely relaxing and therapeutic.

Just last week I cycled to work with the Thomas The Tank Engine Theme tune going round in my head!
