Going through my vinyl, I’ve noticed that it seems –almost quietly – Foxx has released a fair amount of vinyl over the last decade or so; Crash And Burn, Mirrorball, Interplay, The Shape Of Things, European Splendour, Empty Avenues, Evidence Of Time Travel and Burning Car as well as few limited edition 12”s

If there was a chance at some albums being reissued on vinyl – what would your choices be?* For what it’s worth mine would be;

My Lost City
If there was a clear vinyl pressing with a print, I would be a very, very happy bunny. A very happy bunny indeed.

Evidence
Just to complete the Maths collection thus far

Impossible
A great album – it’s really loud, minimal, harsh and raw, perfect for DJ Sets…well, my DJ sets anyhow. And that Foxx artwork large and maybe if a print was gently slipped inside.

From Trash
Just because it’s my favourite of the albums with Louis.

Tiny Colour Movies
Just because…well, just because.

London Overgrown
All those old analogue synths, all that warm ambience, all that lovely Barnbrook art on a larger canvas. Yes please.

*this is COMPLETELY DREAMLAND TERRITORY. I’m ‘just wondering’, chances are it’ll NEVER happen, besides - Rob doesn’t need the aggro for a start.

Anyway – what would your choices be?

Nice idea Rads! ... I think as far as I'm concerned I'm thinking more about having 'vinyl size' artwork than being able to appreciate any great sonic differences/improvements. So here's a few, and since we're in Foxx-Dreamland some made up ones as well!*

Tiny Colour Movies (LP)

D.N.A. (LP)

Live From A Room (As Big as a City) - (double album)
[cos I just like it]

Crash and Burn (gatefold LP with limited edition Drive EP 12" bonus disc)

Luminous (long version) 12" single
b/w Estrellita / My Life as an Echo (demo version)

Destination/September Town 7" (also available as 12" with hidden bonus track)

Impossible (Impossible mix) 12" EP
b/w A Million Cars (2009 remix) - Burning Car (live, 2007)

20th Century: the Noise - double LP
- also available in deluxe box which will house future "21st Century" compilation release.

*can you spot which ones they are, readers?

Good to see a second shout for a Tiny Colour Movies vinyl! Hadn’t actually considered a live album – but Neuro/Video would be a nice idea. Yes, a Luminous 12” would be lovely!
