**Update on the legend of the leg end **

I walked 4 miles this morning at my normal speedy pace.
I was overtaking several OAPs this time.

I thought I'd sit on my my bike this afternoon and peddle backwards to see if I had enough movement.I was fine so I gave it a go.

I managed to do 2 miles of figure of eights outside out house with no problems.

A just slightly slower than normal pace.

I don't want to over do it so I will do the same tomorrow.

I also need to have my gears looked at before I go out properly,

While I can adjust them myself I'd rather trust and expert since the gear jam caused the accident,

I may be out and about next week.

The surgeon always said it would be around a month.

An Amazing injury -time goal equalising from a Dutch goalie. "Shexy Shoccer" as Gullit might call it

Hi Brian.

We could do with a creative number 10, a decent forward and a decent keeper at the very least. Wishful thinking though.

Hi Andy,

We now have backup keeper from ManU.

The Saido to Spurs could still happen so we will need a Striker at no notice.

Could end up missing out if he goes.

Hi Brian. How did it go for WBA in the end?

We confirmed the signing of Argentinian centre back Ramiro Funes Mori but that was as good as agreed over a week ago. Our only signing today has been Aaron Lennon. He's a good addition to the squad but still no centre forward, playmaker or keeper. Quite underwhelming really.

Nobody else came in today.

They sold Lescot to Villa which he is happy with since he's a lifetime supporter.

Shame though I rated him.

Spurs failed to raise the asking price for Berahino so he stays but he's implied on Twitter that he will not play for us.

Feels like a repeat of Odemwingie.
