My wife was just complaining that the John Foxx + Belbury Circle EP wasn't long enough before retiring to the Record Cell to pull "The Shape Of Things" for a listen. Before she put it on, she mused aloud, "when is John Foxx going to collaborate with Brian Eno?" I pointed out that technically, John Foxx's first album ["Ultravox!"] was an Eno collaboration, but she dismissed that as mere production and wanted an album where they met on an even playing field. When indeed? I think it would be a fertile combination of the two, and since the 40th anniversary of "Ultravox!" is just around the corner, what better time could there be for these two titans to link up for a collaborative project?

Yes, this would be an interesting collaboration.

I have two Others on my personal whishlist too.

John Foxx and Robin Simon.

John Foxx and Karl Bartos. I'm sure John and Karl could make some great music together.
