Good Lord ! What a talented lady ! Apart from being an electronic music pioneer ,didn't also play the role of Emily Nugent in Corrie for nigh on half a century ?

Best friend of last 33 years lives in Manchester, I usually go visit annually, it was he who sent me the link today, yes I did have a mad moment thinking drop everything sod train fare cost and go, but sadly I cannot act on such outrageous youthful impulses!

and I believe that the pioneering Mrs Nugent remains uncredited for playing silent keyboard in a rock band with her husband Ted, with whom she also shared staunch conservative views and a passion for hunting and gun ownership.
