I asked about shipping and got the following reply:
Shipping on this lot WITH the jewel cases would be $20.00 first class airmail or $28.00 priority airmail.
Shipping WITHOUT the jewel cases - just the CD'S and paper inserts would be $11.00 first class airmail or $20.00 priority airmail.
The post office only offer insurance on Priority airmail and the rates are $2.40 for $1 thru $50.
$3.30 for $50 thru $100 etc.
