And to learn that John WROTE the LYRICS to 'Never Been Here Before' made me smile.
Makes it even more of a contemporary Foxx track than the retro-styled 'Dislocated'.

Supplementary to this is a brief commentary by Jori on each track from the album, recently posted at his own website

After Dislocated (Dualizm 2005) I wasn't sure if I wanted to make another track with John Foxx, as I felt we couldn't top it. However, as I was working on the album I realized that it'd be kind of stupid NOT to work with him if he was still up for it -and he was. Where Dislocated had been very much my homage to the Metamatic-sound, NBHB is far removed from that and sounds quite different... more info
