Brian, since you have been putting so many links up on the forums for the gig, you should join Monument's official forum because we need the place livened up a bit

Nothing happens at all on 'Monument' anymore, but the group are playing better than ever. So thats the main thing. Would be good to see more info and pics posted there though.

Thanks Brian for posting the links. They have covered the JF tracks very well sticking very closely to the original sound.
One day I'd love to see Monumant live.

There will be for sure, its been confirmed by the lead singer. The only problem is its another local gig, ie based in Scotland.

Well maybe now that they added some FoxxVox tracks the band will perhaps tour further south from Midge country

Thats a nice thought M but I think the only time Monument would travel around more, is if they were more widely known. And the only way to be widely known, is to tour wider.

Should have posted this before but I ventured down to Greenock to see the lads play their set and thourghly enjoyed it!!,despite the many teckie problems they had to overcome on the night.(I wore my Metamatic t-shirt ) They did their trio of FoxxVox tracks wich were very good indeed.Hiroshima was beutifull. Loved their version of Vienna. Good band, great guys

What a shame about all the technical problems. Still, a lengthy setlist.
