Thank you for posting that. I wasn't familiar with either of them. No real exposure out here.

Its interesting to see what else they've been doing.

While John's lyrics may not be intentionally religious I have found a few to be quite spiritual. Always thought I would like The Garden to be playing as I died, or if I happen to be a bit too busy to put it on, I would like it at my funeral.

Katja, You've made a very good point. I'm not a religious type of person but I do find some of Johns songs do have a very spiritual feel to them. We could discuss IMW ways forever but for me the lyrics in themselves are good, as it's been said before the production lets it down. IMHO. smile

wink That gave me a visual of the coffin coin box with the hand that comes out if it!

I recall he once mentioned in an interview that he was Catholic. Pater Noster was done in response to his religious roots. I was quite amazed by it at the time. He made something called the Human Host to do the voice effects (I think he said it was basically a cross between a Vocoder and an echo chamber).

A pity it didn't have much effect at the time. It would take another 10 years for some Spanish monks to popularise Gregorian chants again.
