Hi!

Just wanted to say that I had a fantastic time at Cinemascope last night. A fabulous range of prints from John Foxx on display (I couldn't resist the temptation to reserve one!).

If any of you can get to the Coningsby Gallery this week, then it's well worth going to have a look. Some really stunning work....

Lovely to meet..John Foxx, Steve Malins, Mike Barker, Dennis DaSilva, John Leigh, Peter, Garry, Jo, Ian, Tessa, Geoff, Paula, Mike, Darren and everyone else who I bumped into last night!

Well what a marvellous day at Cinemascope yesterday. It seemed my watch was going twice as fast as normal time from the moment I met Sarah at Euston. We had a lovely meal in Wagamamas and had a wander around Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Regent Street and then tea and victoria sponge in M&S Oxford street arriving at the Coningsby gallery at 5pm. We looked though the window and they were still setting up and Steve Malins suggested we had a tea somewhere. We found and pizza place and inside John was having a pizza with Steve Malins. Once John had finished he had a chat with us.

We arrived back at the gallery at 6pm and went in. John artwork was spread over two smallish rooms. The prints from CO were magnificent. I fell in love with one but at £500 it was well beyond my means and would have looked lovely on my sitting room wall, so I had to make do with a photo. I should of asked John if I could of had it on tick LOL. Also spread around were smaller prints taken from TCM and a few black and white ones. I hope some photo's make there way on to this site for all to enjoy.

It was a pleasure to meet for the first time Lieutenant030 and Glimmerfix. It was also nice to meet up with Darren, Garry, Tessa and Goeff and others again.

A special thanks to Sarah for a such a wonderful day and evening and I hope your feet aren't aching too much today.
