I'm 90% digitally available now! I thought it was a fair representation of both teams to be honest - almost dozed off towards the end though. Sorry to hear the hand is still cream crackered guv, no walking for me at the moment. Knees are fine but it's time to get back running round the park and the canal. Just annoyed I have to do all those bleedin' start-up exercises again - argh!
