Still no post? Blimey! I sent out aaaaaages ago – just hope it gets there.

Looks like a Late Feb in Norf Lahndun then!

‘ver Mode eh? As a passing listener, the last time I saw Depeche was around the singles album ('98?), my fave tour was the Devotion one – a mate worked at Mute so I got to see ‘ver Mode a lot through the Music for the MassesUltra eras and the Devotional tour, especially the Crystal Palace gig, was the best out of the lot. There was also a secret Ultra era gig somewhere near Battersea Power Station – but I was very drunk and can’t remember much!

Hurrah! It got there!

Worth it for the DVD alone (220mins!!!!) I've not watched it yet, but I think it's an update of one I had a few years ago. It's got Sean Kelly doing the links...Sean Kelly! The man who famously answered questions from a journalist on a radio show...by nodding his head! laugh It's fair to say he's not the most animated of individuals and thankfully if memory serves, the commentary is by Phil Liggett.

Fantastic map too (the big, proper one) which I poured over the other night in a nerdish fashion.

Will check my mail later tonight. Right, I'm off to start my annual Tour thread...which usually dies a death in the first week! laugh

A superb interview. I’m a bit bit speechless to be honest.

Didn't know he lived in Chorley! Mind you, anything's better than Sarf Lahndun laugh

Wikipedia don't lie son ! It must be true

Seriously it's great cycling country Winter Hill is brilliantI'm suprised Den didn't write a track about it on TCM I've used to live about 7 miles away and on spring/Summer days after work I'd be up there Breathe-taking . When I met the great man I meant to ask him if he had spent a lot of time up there in his youth (Rivington Pike /Anglezarke Reservoir)

In other news I watched the "Football Factory " yesterday Book much better
If Danny Dyer was a dog , he'd be put down

Winter Hill – never been there, but on the name alone, that could so be a Cathedral Oceans track!

If there was just two words that could sum up all that is wrong with this green and pleasant land then ‘Danny’ and ‘Dyer’ are those two words.

I hear he’s also managed to “Ave a go son” at Behan’s Borstal Boy – although I’ve never seen it, just for the fact that he’s gone and done it and no doubt added his ‘particular magic’ to it in the first place gets him a RadioBeach Fatwah Award.

Come the revolution Danny…face front and don't adjust your blindfold.
