...as mentioned elsewhere perhaps we would have preferred TRAVELOGUE IN ITS ENTIRETY, but anyway I quote from 'Electronically Yours'

"League announce opening date of 'Dare Tour' 2007 - updated

The Mighty Human League are set to perform the 1981 genre defining 'Dare' in it's entirety for the very first time to mark the 30th anniversary of the band.
The London listings magazine Time Out this week confirmed the opening date at London Hammersmith Apollo on Saturday 1st December 2007 and tickets go on sale this Friday. Both Gary Numan and OMD have recently performed albums in their original track order to sold out venues in London and these League gigs are expected to sell out just as quickly.

With production and instrumentation years ahead of it's time, few electronic albums have come close to touching it's technical and melodic supremacy.
By 1985, 'Dare' had sold over 5 million copies worldwide - it's worldwide success saved Richard Branson's Virgin Records from bankruptcy in the early 80's and the album was lovingly remastered by Simon Heyworth in 2002.
Whilst tracks from 'Dare' have often been played in the past by the League, album gems such as 'Do Or Die' (one of Dare's finest in our opinion) and the Judge Dredd inspired 'I Am The Law' have not been performed since 1982.

The League's manager Simon Watson contacted the site today and confirmed that more UK dates will be added and details will be on Electronically Yours shortly. "

... make of it what you will.

.....Yes good news. So Numan, Omd, and now the League. Travelogue would have been better, but who knows they may do that next time. Numans already ''concidering'' a second and third mini tour of this kind.

that's right & imho the "new order" ( ;-) in which the "a & m" songs were performed live in may 2007 by o.m.d. was even better than the original one ! :-)

mmmmm...... must check that out!
now where did I put my OMD forum password......?

Ok - got it: yes, the new tracklist seems to reflect the usual OMD live style - strating with soem slowies and then building up thru faster stuff, then the hits, then a 'slowie' closer.

Plus they did a whole bunch of 'hits' afterwards for the punters, although not forgetting the slowie (non-hit) closer.

Anyone know if TELEKON tracklist was changed around for the live performance?

Sure was. Both Numan and OMD did not play any of there shows with the tracks in there original orders.

They/.. did that for two reasons, not so much to try a better list order, but to speed up the show as it progressed and to not make the entire shows predictable.

As one who went to 3 outa 4 of the Telekon06 gigs yes the did play it out of order, but like said it was to keep the flow of a live gig, remember their was 2 singles from that era NOT on the album but still considered Telekon Stuff.
Numan WILL play a Replicas tour late November but probably December this year!!
(no dates yet but Tony/Gary have indicated that Glasgow will be included! smile )

Travelogue without Martin and Ian would be criminal!!(and they wont do it either!!)
(oh! and if anyone is interested!!...I have Susanne's towel from the Glasgow gig were John and Louis outshone..sorry..supported The Human Leauge, signed by Susanne,Joanne and Phil, any offers for a sweat filled towel wink )

WILL.
1)may we know the setlist / tracklist . .is it written anywhere?

2) you're right about travelogue w/out original members (plus A wright on slides), but I don't see the point of doing Dare to celebrate 30 years since the original HL beganneth.

3) susanne's towel .... how much?
