Originally released in September 1985, In Mysterious Ways was John's final album for Virgin Records. It's now set for a fortieth anniversary release - as a gatefold album on Light Blue vinyl.

This special limited edition includes the track Spin Away for the first time on vinyl. Full lyrics are included on the inner sleeve. Recorded at The Garden studios, the album includes some of John’s most uplifting and dreamlike material, including the singles Stars On Fire and Enter The Angel and the slow burn of Morning Glory, Enter The Angel II, Stepping Softly and the title track.

Really great news. I hope we can get a sister album too (hopefully) as it was for the other Virgin era albums.Would love to order the bundle grin I love these gatefold re releases in coloured vinyl .

Got my copy of No-one Driving yesterday. It's nice to have Cinemascope & To be with you on vinyl too now. Nice compilation and a bit different to Burning Car.

Would be great John would release a Download of The Maths track Someone at the door which I guess many fans are missing in their collection. ( Only My personal wishlist ;))

Thank you Rob for all the info You give here on Metamatic. I guess without it I had missed some of John's releases.

Unfortunately, there are currently no plans for there to be a 'sister album' at the moment - but that could change if there's enough demand.

I think that it's on quite a few peoples 'wishlist' - but only one person is lucky enough to have that particular track in their collection. In the meantime, you can still listen to a 90 second extract of Someone At The Door which was posted on Karborn's official website [LINK]
