Hello all. smile

I remember reading an interview not long where John Foxx revealed that his first gig was when he was a six-year-old collecting the fees from the crowd gathered around to watch his friend consume an earthworm.

I cannot seem to find this anymore.

Is it archived somewhere, perhaps on this site? blush

Thank you,

Alec

It's not on this site yet - and it's not an interview I have transcribed. Yet.

But I do recall the one you mean, and I think it was from a period when John was being interviewed a lot re: Interplay, so early 2011.

I'll keep rummaging around because yes, it's 'here' somewhere

I've done a quick google search and founmd a cached version here.

The layout's all over the place but the content seems to be what the OP was looking for.

I also like that word wunch. I want to use this word now.

If the phone rings he hopes it's Yana, from 1958, calling.

Hadn't heard of Yana before.
