Was very sad to hear that Pete Namlook has passed on, of the legendary FAX electronic label.

He had an astonishing output rate, with generally very high quality, especially in the nineties.

Ambient lovers would enjoy the "Silence" series very much, the "2350 Broadway" collaborations with Tetsu Inoue, and the Season's Greetings series, one for each season.

He will be sadly missed.

He will be missed. I bought 'The Definitive Ambient Collection vol.1' & thought it was amazing. I ended up bying a few of his stuff. I must say you can't really go wrong with 'The Ambient Cookbook' box set.
