I lived there when I was young. And behind the sound of that city, I discovered the first tape of Ultravox, I received by mail Metamatic (import disc) and listened adoring the music of John Foxx. In the scenario of the Lazzaretto - once it was a place of quarantine – I spent summer evenings of cinema that often had an extra of exclusive videos... including those of Ultravox and John Foxx.
Coming back there on Saturday for a live performance of our hero, in my own place, to hear the same songs back then... it tastes like a magical event.
