You know how some Foxx tracks just seem to capture reflections of other pieces, carry echoes of them and are packed with gestalt?
This track is full of a significance I have previously overlooked - it is pivotal in the sense of linking some of the TCM pieces, Phone Tap (off Sideways, and some of the fog-bound streets in My Lost City.
I hadn't realised there was quite so much in it.
