JF's myspace blog gives this news:

Quote:
There's an interview with John Foxx in the new issue of Record Collector - Pet Shop Boys are on the cover - where, for the first time in years, he talks at length about the early days of Ultravox. As he says in the feature, 'I've got a lot of respect for that early unit - Bill, Chris, Warren, Rob and Stevie - and always will, no matter what.'
Judging by the cover and the website it's an Ultravox-based article.

Yeah - a My Lost City article would have been much more appropriate.

It would have been a cock up if the tickets were actually for a 1979 show...

Not on a feature about Ultravox...

Wonder what those would go for on eBay? It might be a nice sum of cash!

You'd need to buy a Tardis for the 1979 tickets laugh

On page 16 under pop/indie it mentions John's upcoming projects "and a set with ex-Leftfield's Paul Daley"

A set?,live set?,box set? confused

More likely to be merely 'a set of tracks'...

But I dare say everyone's imagination will now go into overdrive.

I'm surprised nobody's commented yet on John's mention of his Quiet Man book being published in a year or so...

I guess this means we'll finally have all these wonderful stories brought together and lavishly illustrated in a lovely book!
