Was that before or after Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon?

Right.

I have been doing something tonight. Something, somewhere – and I met someone.

This someone at some point some time ago worked at the Workshop, just before its sun finally set.

And he told me something.

Two things actually.

#1
Before the Workshop shut down, they were asked by the Metropolitan Police to help out – essentially, the Workshop became an extension of the Police , working in the field of ‘forensic sound’.

#2
The Workshop would also hire out their services to various big-name ‘ghost-hunters’ installing sound equipment etc in places believed to be haunted.

I’m not making this up, and there was no reason for them to lie.

That’s what the BBC Radiophonic Workshop was engaged in prior to its demise.
