I would go (for a reasonable price) - if they come to Hamburg after the UK tour.
Travelling to UK, I do only for John. But it would be interesting to see them live. I never saw them before - and they stood every year in Hamburg at their time. If they come again I would go this time.
I bought the both remastered CD's - was the first time I bought them on CD. As Martin said; they are well made. Cerise and Rob did a great work on it. For me as a non fan the CD's give me a good taster of their music.

It's great for all the fans on Extreme Voice they are back. I'm sure they feel the same as I did as John came back . Wish they all much fun! They waited so long for this day...

I'm intrigued as to what their live set will be like.

Will they have written any new songs?
Or will this just be a cash-in 'greatest hits for people who were teenagers in the 80s' affair?

Will they still be using cutting edge electronic equipment or will Billy Currie just have an iMac on stage? etc etc

That's what I want to know too. To paraphrase something someone said recently; are they "a living, electrical language - has to be alive and moving forward..." or will it be ..."dead"?

Ultravox were the original Underworld; crossing dance, rock and experimentation fluidly - it will be interesting to hear if they update that ideal once again.

Would be interested to see the press release, all the major news sites are reporting the same line that Midge took over from "Dennis Leigh". Hmm, not exactly wrong, but....

As cited on BBC's teletext pages

Ultravox announce UK tour plans

"1980s Electro pop band Ultravox are to reform
for a UK tour next year it has been announced

Warren Cann, Chris Cross, Billy Currie and singer Midge Ure will play 14 dates including Plymouth, London and Glasgow starting in April

It is the first time the bands 1980's line-up have performed together since Live Aid in 1985

Ultravox enjoyed their biggest success under the
leadership of Ure, who replaced frontman John Foxx in 1979"
