There are also reviews of In the Glow and The Pleasures of Electricity in the March issue of Record Collector, and reviews of Shifting City, The Pleasures of Electricity and In the Glow in the March issue of Uncut.

In Uncut, Chris Roberts describes Shifting City as:

"one of the most underated dysopian visions ever to mutter under concrete flyovers"

I'd go with that cool

Interesting photo diary of the Pistols Anarchy 76 tour in this edition too, and a classic Joy Division retrospective

*****

Currently playing Shifting City by John foxx & Louis Gordon

There are currently three of these 'rare and posed' photographs of John Foxx listed on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/John-Foxx-Ultravox...=item19b993f936

I'm curious to know more about them.
Dates and locations when they were taken?

Anyone??

It is intriguing, the architecture in the background doesn't look very "UK". Odd spot for a portait too, right in front of windows, luckily no flash reflection!!

As for the comment underneath.. "This auction is for a geniune photo, not a pc / printer copy professionally lab developed and guarenteed. There may be slight boarders on some of the photos as this was probably done to maintain aspect ratio".

Bad spelling aside, leaving borders would either be intentional or not if actually "professionally" developed!!

I don't have an account. Perhaps someone could 'Ask the Seller' about these...?

You'd think they would say, wouldn't you?

It's quite important information if you're thinking of buying eek
