There were some interesting touches in this, and I loved the references to that VJ Karborn, who is quick sometimes, slow others....
I felt a bit sorry for him having to hold his suitcase all that time, epsecially in direct sun - was it hot there?

Somehow, against all the odds, this manages to be one of the best interviews I've seen for a long time - thanks, Federica!

My favourite part has to be when the interviewer asks about the 'loneliness and isolation' experienced by musicians - obviously expecting some kind of stock mournful response from John - and he just laughs and replies "Oh I like it, actually!" What a legend laugh .

Fantastic interview, such a down to earth guy, I could listen to him talk about his music over the years for hours, really excellent.
