Destination from last year went a bit pear shaped so I didn't record it.

Alex the sound and the way that they were played on all of last night's Foxx tracks was a magnitude above last years Roundhouse versions.

Back in Holland since 3 hours laugh

The afternoon started with a really nice meeting in the Queens Head before the gig.
Dumped my camera at the hotel because I didn't think it was bootleg-friendly really...and with last year in mind...
So no pics & movies from me this time laugh

I thought John's Troxy set was superb.
In my opinion it completely beats last years Roundhouse gig!
They should have filmed this one laugh
Yes, with a new album out one might expect more "promotion" of that.
But the majority knows him for the older stuff I think.
Anyway, he can play whatever he wants...I like them nearly all laugh
Was really great to hear "Walk Away" live for the first time.
In my experience "Hiroshima mon Amour" went not as planned at the beginning?
Ah well, all part of the package laugh

After John Chris & I watched Motor...yes, Motor *sigh*
Wasn't that impressed with Daniel Miller as well really.
Gary Numan was nice, but I have enough of all this "industrial" stuff (I work in heavy industrial environments and I still don't get the connection really...)
I have seen him a bunch of times now but I even got a bit bored towards the end.
Was really nice to hear them old Tubeway Army songs though.

I only got to say bye to Tapio, the rest disappeared all out of my sight. Sorry for that!
Was great meeting you all! smile
Till next one! laugh

Seen a few clips and twitpics etc (and Brian's photos. Great!!!)

The visuals look quite different to Roundhouse.
Any observations on these?

The visuals stopped abruptly a few songs in.

I asked Karborn what happened and he said there were technical problems with the venue's equipment.

There was a new set of visuals for Shatterproof which you will see once I've uploaded.

Real shame all the work that went into it & Barnbrook being unwell as well frown
