Having not had a Foxx and Gordon fix for a while I thought I'd spin a copy of "Crash & Burn" tonight... but the vinyl version. Wow! Can't believe how less harsh it sounds when compared to the CD. It's taken me half of side 2 to type this cos I keep getting sidetracked by the quality of each track. My Dad has recently visited and loaned me a selection of top quality 70's Shure and Ortofon cartridges and I'm having a fantastic evening testing 'em. Currently playing 'Ray 1 Ray 2' and it is stunning! More vinyl releases ;oD
