Ltd edition I Want To Be A Machine T-shirts

To celebrate John Foxx's artwork and graphics over the last 30 years and also because it's 100 years since Marinetti's Futurist Manifesto, Metamatic is making available a very limited run of I Want To Be A Machine t-shirts in 2 colours - black and red. These will be available for pre-order later today through Townsend Records - www.townsend-records.co.uk or just click on the link to the Official Shop

Nice idea, but

Personally, I'd rather have more of John's artwork and graphics than a T-Shirt

Some malformed urls - hopefully this one will get you there:

http://www.townsend-records.co.uk/product.php?pType=5&pId=789

I'd rather have the long sleeve Systems Of Romance T-shirt that Gary Numan was seen wearing in some of his early PR shots - simple but cool!

The T-shirt looks fantastic!
And it is nice we can get a red one too this time. I like black T-shirts, but it is great we can order different colours - the image works fine on a red shirt for my opinion.

Currently listening to "I Want To be A Machine" by Ultravox! laugh

This product has got me thinking...

How many John Foxx T-shirts are there/have there been I wonder?

I'd start the bidding at, what, six??

I have one that was on sale at the Exotour in '98. It's black and has John and Louis's names with an image of the man carrying a suitcase based on the Shifting City album artwork in between.

Yes, this is the same what I named Exotour shirt. The black colour turned into grey over the years on my T-shirt... laugh

Here is an image of that ancient one - isn't quite as black as it used to be.
Darn, should have worn this to the Tokyo gigs last year!
