To have a Metamatic live album will be a nice 'bookend' to that era.
Feel like I'm pooping on the party. Not my intention AT ALL because I do love the image BUT

a) Is it really Metamatic period/style?

b) it doesn't say 'live album' to me.

Just listened to the two tracks on MySpace - excellent. Can't wait to get the album laugh

With the new album from Louis also in April, and the new album from Jori just out, the wallets going to take a bit of a beating laugh

And then there is the Garden re-issue and new 'Best Of' eek

a) Yes, I think it is, very much so.

b) it doesn't say "live album", but does "Retro Future"? No.
I think a live type image would be very boring and not John at all.

Is "A New Kind of Man" the Cargo gig 8.10.2007 or studio live?

It's not one specific gig - instead, it's more of an amalgum across the tour.

Kraftwerk did that for the 'Minimum - Maximum'album.

I confess, I didn't think that it worked in comparison of listening to a single show in its entirety - but I'm not judging ANKoM before I've heard it!

Thw two tracks on Myspace sound fantastic. Hopefully the complete CD will be mixed to at least sound like a complete gig despite being recorded at various venues throughout the tour. I have a couple of live CDs that fade out and back in between songs and for some reason it irks me !!!
