I recently succombed to registering (yet another) account with Facebook - mainly because my close circle of friends all seem to be on there.

Anyway - I found a John Foxx group

Cheers, Alex - I started that group off a few months back, in despair at the lack of a Foxx presence on Facebook. I haven't mentioned it on here before, as I didn't want to be cheeky by promoting my own group - needless to say, all are very welcome .

hm ... the problem with facebook is that u have to register there to even see a site or group ! :-o

i 1st want to take a look around before i join anything , but that's sadly not possible with facebook , so ... :-/

I know what you mean though, Olaf - FB is a bit offputting at first, although worth persevering with.

Exactly, I thought about joining but I did that with too many sites just to see it, and found them not worth it. Does anyone know roughly how many Foxx / Vox! related groups are over at facebook.

Only three, that I've noticed - mine, which is JF/Foxxvox only, a 'general' Ultravox group (which is effectively only about Ultravox Mark 2) and one called 'Midge Ure: the man, the legend'. That's about it, as far as I can see...Oh, and there are some general groups with the theme of '80s music and electronica.

Might be quite funny if 224 of us started accounts over there with foxx related groups.
