I agree maryann, especially as memberD has made several in the past that we all let go, not least 'acros' in his intro when we ALL made him feel welcome.

It's not good to post unnecessary criticism, I agree, and neither is it necessary to rise to it and make an argument, which can easily get out of hand.

So we all disagree now and then, and that's fine.
No need to fall out over it...

I don't think anyone was being argumentative. People have the right to defend themselves against what was becoming frequent criticism, and not just on this thread today.

.....yes sometimes you have to state what is happening, to prevent arguments. Confusion is a tool for chaos to run amuck freely.

Here we are again! John just wants to remain an enigma, especially about his birthday. Once he told me he was born in 1950, but to someone else he told 1947. Having fun at our curiosity's expenses. Dennis Leigh might have born in 1947 or 50, but John Foxx was born in the 70', when he decided to change his name and start Ultravox!
He doesn't want us to know, that will put an end to part of the fun.
