Very John Foxx! I like the line:

Are you sure you don't mean "leaning on a lamppost on the corner of the street"?

Sorry. I'm having a bit of a day.

I'd love for him to cover some Bowie. He seems like his voice would be well suited, y'know? How about something like Sound and Vision? I'd love to hear what he could do with that song.

Oh hey, first post here! I see I don't yet have an icon to use, oops. smile

Well since you sometimes here the influence of the more psychedelic side of the Beatles in John Foxx (I'm not John with him. We haven't met.) music. I think that Come Together would be great. Classic pop meeting classic synth and kazaam there would be something new.

As soon as I saw this topic I thought "The Light Pours Out fo Me". The whole track suits John's style to a 'T'.

"Still Life in Mobile Homes" (Japan) ..I was just reading this thread when it came on my PC, and I thought it sounded quite 'foxxy' !

Might be interesting if he did something from post-split Ultravox....oooh the irony. Haven't decided which one yet though.
