I have a John Foxx item for sale.

Is it OK to post this as available for sale on this forum? I have had a read through the rules & FAQ but couldn't find anywhere to say yes or no. Didn't want to post without asking first!!!

I guess no one seems to anti this then!

I have a copy of the John Foxx Virgin Vaults Video

01. He's a Liquid
02. Underpass
03. No-One Driving
04. Miles Away
05. Dancing Like a Gun
06. Endlessly
07. Stars on Fire
08. Lose All Sense of Time

Catalogue Number : VVC 582

It has only been played about half a dozen times and is in PAL format. I don't have a video player anymore so I am open to offers if anyone is interested?

Again, if this post is breaking the forum rules please remove it.

Cheers!

If anyone has the ability to copy this to a digital format I will send them it if they are willing to do a Rarities / Torrent spread to members on a mail to each other?????

In case anyone hasn't seen the John Foxx videos, quite a few have been posted on You Tube.
I know this is copyright infringement, but at the moment this is the only way a lot of people can see the videos.
I've searched YouTube and linked them across so that you can easily play them on my website.
www.musicmasters.supanet.com - obviously if there's any objections from the copyright owners I'll delete the links.

Here's hoping that the Virgin Vault video will one day appear on DVD release, I bought the original VHS Video 18 years ago, and have tried a DVD transfer with limited success - usually the sound in slightly out of sync with the picture.
I believe this is caused by the dvd recorder lagging slightly while it's compressing/converting the picture to it's own format - still it's better than nothing!

I hope you enjoy seeing the videos, there will soon be linked pages with some of the early Ultravox! stuff as well.

The other groups on there so far are Split Enz, Buggles and New Musik.

A few years ago a single mpeg of the tape did the rounds. If memory serves this was of reasonably good quality and would probably convert to a VCD quite nicely. It had no menu or anything although it wouldn't be a problem to create one. Might it be time to think about another tree and torrent?
