I generally use play.com on their 'coming soon' section, I also check wikipedia by artist name then click on the discography. I find play.com seem to have access to new releases way before the likes of iTunes or HMV or even artists own websites.

What's your method of checking for new releases?

Music press still works for me.

I regulalrly buy things like Mojo and Q etc.

Reading interviews with artists is a good one.

I also follow Slicing eyeballs, Pitchfork etc on Twitter

The only way I'm hearing new music is through recordings that get sent to me of "Later, with Jools"

Thanks Mr Ilektrik, that's quite cool.

Now here's a thing. I have lots of early material by Band of Holy Joy but have only just realised they have a new album out!!!

MUST get this in the next couple of weeks
