It is a shame, but I guess its a risk he's willing to take, and John and Louis will still play their hearts out to 10 or 100 people.
I pulled a long overdue favour from one of my IT colleagues and asked him to check his database of radio playlists for any of John's music.
Unfortunately, they only get the radio playlist data up to 3 to 6 months later. So there's no idea if anyone's plugging him on-air.
However, it looks pretty dismal if last year's stats are anything to go by. All he could find for all of 2007 were 3 of his old Ultravox songs!
