The first few clips from TOGWT and TOTP on that Bowie dvd were worth the entire price of the purchase.

I know exapctly what you mean M. smile

The whole of disc one is brilliant though, sadly most of disc two does reflect the music / audio output from Bowie in later years, with a few gems along the way.

Just caught some South Park episodes. I always forget when it is on and wind up catching old episodes all the time. Nevertheless, I always laugh, no matter how many times I have seen some of them.

I've grown quite fond of 'That Mitchell and Webb Look' and I absolutely love FOTC! smile But I wonder how some people on this forum feel about the following lines in "Inner City Pressure":

"You don't measure up to the expectation.
When you're unemployed, there's no vacation.
No one cares, no one sympathizes.
You just stay home and play synthesizer."

wink

For me tonight it's going to be Godard's Masculin Feminin because I'm way behind on my Netflix queue and need to finally watch some of the artsy films I've been meaning to catch up on. Might need to chase the Godard down with some more FOTC afterwards. laugh

FOTC is gaining a bit of a following here, (it just needs to get onto BBC2). The episode I saw last night had the ‘guest’ (or ghost) appearance of 70’s and 80’s Bowie, oh, and that other Bowie chap from Labyrinth was also handing out his wisdom laugh

I get access to lots of 'arty' films on DVD that I've never seen, but no matter how often I grab a few to bring home they just end up unwatched as I never seem to have enough time, I can fit an hour of comedy in no prob’ smile
Right now I've got Beau Travail, and La Antena sitting on the shelf, anyone seen these?
