Great talent. Mind you you may have the chance of seeing him in person. It's well known that he resides in the Big Apple these days.

M seen Bowie running in the street on monday Chris. She asked for an autograph, but he just barged hes way past whilst shouting 'Im off to get the only copys here of Johns remasters'. Even so, he was looking fairly low, and dressed as an elephant. Quite a morning i can tell you. wink

New Yorkers would never ever interfere with Mr Bowie. Plus, his bodyguards are kinda tough. wink

Talking about Bowie, John Foxx and The Golden Section. I once played the romantic Golden Section to my wife. She picked up the Golden Section jewel case and said "Is that David Bowie?" eek He did look very Bowiesque on that cover but the music was more Beatlesque. Perhaps the Best of Britain. laugh

She then made some witty comment about having different coloured eyes. Yes, the Chameleon....

Being down Memory Lane with OMD, watching their DVD compilation Messages. All their video clips are there, including the "until now unseen" Red Frame/White Light clip. Fantastic.

Tried to buy a copy of that this week, but there was none left. Maybe Bowie bought the last of that too. eek Im thinking of the 'best of' as the definitive OMD compilation, hope to not 'need' another a few years time. Really looking forward to the dvd, as ive not seen any of the videos for donkeys months. smile

The first few clips from TOGWT and TOTP on that Bowie dvd were worth the entire price of the purchase.
