Yes Graeme was polite enough to give a bit of other info, after saying theres nothing much apart from slow progress with the actual 'Visage' news.

Yes, I believe Graeme's exact words were that he could not add anything new.

World Party opened for Sinead O'Connor in 1990 and I enjoyed their music much more than hers.

fyi : andi & me over @ the ev forum have both private contacts to graeme already for some time & either it's him ( andi ) or me , who write graeme & ask for some news on "this" or "that" project from time to time & graeme is ALWAYS so kind to report , what there actually is to report - in general ! :-)

right now it's obviously not that much & especially nothing that is already "carved in stone" - so to say !

that's what i've meant with my posting above ! ;-)

Sometimes I really shake my head at the odd pairings. I mean, really, ERIC CLAPTON supporting Elton John ..... confused

One of the best support bands has to be OMD at Numans 'Touring Principle '79.
I think Numan returned the favour in later years

Yup!,he did and when they played Glasgow the first few rows were Numan fans!! (all the jumper wearing OMD fans were either in the seats or standing back from the "commoners!" smile
Anyway,Numan DID notice this and at the end of one song half lifetd his head and sneared!!..."This is MY F***in gig!!" ( yes you COULD here the italics smile )

Nice little story, these are the type of things that never end up on official numan vids, as its either edited out or numan is on hes best behavour when the cameras are around. Pity, as its part of the fun really. Wish numan could let hes hair down more, as long as it dont fall out from the roots again.
