'John and Louis are going to be embarking on a tour of Australia in May...'

I'd love to be able to say that I was - but it's looking (financially) very unlikely...

This is brilliant news. As Alex says, it's great that John and Louis will be playing to some new audiences over there . Let's hope the tour gets lots of favourable press and pulls in the crowds!

This is the best news I have heard in a long time. I know I asked about 6 months ago if John was ever going to tour Australia, but did not seriously think it would happen.

I will definately be at the Metro in Sydney ( it is a nice venue as well), I am pumped!!

The Garden is in my top 5 LP's of all time.

What does a performance of " Tiny Colour Movie" mean??. I have the CD - Is John playing it live as the support or does he have a movie now to put with it??

BTW, I don't ever remember John coming to Australia in 1983 to support The Golden Section or at any other time.

Please bring any LP copies of John's latest albums as I can't seem to get any from the UK, so I am stuck with the CD's.

Hi, Turntable - welcome to the forum . I'm really pleased for the Australian fans. It must have come as a fantastic surprise!

John's actually performed Tiny Colour Movies several times in the UK. There is indeed a film (or a collection of films, I should say) to go with the music. I'm not going to say anymore because I don't want to spoil it for you by giving too much away, but I will say that you're in for a real treat .

Tiny Colour Movies has always been more about movies than music.

As Gem says, you're in for a real treat with this. If he follows the usual pattern with these performances then take my advice and prepare a question!

I just hope the Aussie crowd's appreciate what John has got to offer.
