I'd hesitate to say 'obviously'. ..
As Rob said, it's not impossible.
But I am not convinced that's the reason for the longer show. As its the only UK performance this year, I wonder if this is the start of a move towards extended but less frequent performances?
For my money, the higher price also suggests this is an option John might be considering.

But of course, having said that, an official 'live ' DVD would be rather lovely
