I'm thrilled with both releases. Just like Assembly many years ago the tracks on disc one of Metatronic are personal favourites of John.

Hope Metadelic has the remaining 12"s and the remaining videos from Miles Away onwards. Who knows there might be more rare tracks remastered from the newly uncovered tapes.

So from the original schedule of releases announced in 2000/2001 there's only one left to be released....Urban Motets. Well we got the artwork on the brilliant My Lost City, a truly moving album.

A happy die-hard fan laugh

Thank you Rob, for the clarification on the Metamatic-era tracks, I didn't know these were recent discoveries. I'm certainly looking forward to hearing the extended version of Underpass...

Gee, all these meta albums, Metamatic, Metatronic and Metadelic.

I wonder if there'll be a Metamatrix album where all the tracks are not what they appear to be? laugh

A dangerous argument. If fans buy an artist's music out of blind faith regardless of content, where is the incentive for the artist to constantly come up with something new and challenging?

If John released an album of him brushing his teeth would you buy it?

It wasn't an arguement, it was a bit of light hearted banter.
But since you asked.....
As long as it came with a DVD, yes smile

Blimey! That's much, much improved on the original - some gorgeous colours in there too - the 70s Super-8 blues etc. I know it's youtube quality but that looks like a new print(?)

It's been put together very well - is it that man Barnbrook again? When's he gonna put a feature film out - I haven't had popcorn in ages!

Whoever's done it - they've....I dunno...made it more Foxxy* if that makes any sense

3. Discoloured, as by age or decay whilst maintaining a style of design; Foxxed.

Have to agree the video quality is excellent and love the remix, not often you can say a remix is almost as good as the original, excellent stuff.
