I have been lurking around this site for years as it was the first site I could find about John Foxx back in the day. Now I see that members here have create all sorts of sites since then. I would like to say a huge thank you to Rob for all the work you have done with the site(and all the work still left to do). For years it was the only place I could keep up on my favorite artist. Second, I don't know if John reads any of these posts but I would just like to say that your music has touch and enriched my life in so many great ways. From my dabs with Punk back in the late '70's and those amazing first 3 Ultravox records to the present. Especially "My Lost Cities" which I found so uplifting in a time of personel crisis (I lost my wife of 20 years). I hope you always find time to record your music.

Cheers to all.

Hi craighunter, welcome to the forum.

Sorry to read of your very personal loss. John’s early albums were often a beautiful refuge in the past for me during troubled times in my youth, and I feel that there’s now so much more of his work since to be uplifted by, or seems so right for finding solace in.
