My copy is signed smile and the receipt say "first 50 signed". I order the copy immediately after the message from Townsend records arrived.

The engraving on vinyl: "For future generations".

The Townsend website does clearly say that its a black cover with artwork only on the label??

The records are housed in a black sleeve and feature Karborn's unique visuals on the labels

Out of interest  what is printed on the label regarding the name of the artist?

Is it 'John Foxx' or 'Dubterror/Karborn feat. John Foxx'... or what?

I've seen several different references

Hi Martin,

I've taken some pictures.

Rob did John scribe the "for Future Generations" inscription?

Checking back on all the emails about the release it does say just the label.I clicked first & asked questions after & so did many others it would seem.

Hope that answers your question Martin.

Having finally got to hear the Burning Car remix via simply typing "Karborn" into Youtube, I have to say I'm distinctly underwhelmed. The remix has some interesting ideas for the first minute or so (albeit mostly sampled fronm the original) but then runs out of steam and falls into the typical dance music trap of just being the same 4 (or is it 8?) bar loop repeated over and over again without developing.

Maybe it's not really aimed at 40 somethings who remember buying the original, but surely modern dance music ought to be more imaginative than this?

Mmmmmm, doesn't look much like Johns handwriting to me - so I'll have to say that I don't think it is. frown

That's also my copy Brian. It's real vinyl as heavy as those discs of old. cool

I'm very pleased with it.
