In my record shop in Hamburg (Saturn) they have From Trash and Sideways at the moment.

In the past I found copies of Pleasures of Electricity, Crash and Burn, Translucense /Drift Music, Cathedral Oceans1 and Cathedral Oceans 1+2 and Golden Section/ Exotour remaster CD.
They also sell the 3 remastered Ultravox CD'S too.
But this shop is the only one who sell stuff of John I found in my city until yet.
I buy my stuff of John on internet 'cause it is faster than waiting until it is availlable in the shops. Cannot wait... laugh

Sometimes I manage to sneak a Saturday afternoon up Division Street (or the Devonshire Quarter or whatever it's called this week laugh ) so we could sort something out in the near future.
Small world - I was born and raised in the Crosspool area of Sheffield, just over the hill from Crookes. My favourite record shop was always Record Collector at Broomhill, as it had a vast selection of both new and used CDs & vinyl. I think it's still going but you have to wonder for how much longer can independent record shops survive?

Meanwhile, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to get hold of John’s mainstream releases in Leeds HMV. I even managed to get From Trash in the first week of release in their tiny Wakefield branch!

I was in the record shop yesterday. They had TCM, Crash and Burn and Cathedral Oceans. I have never seen any of the early works there ever.

Last time I found a new(ish) John Foxx album in a local record store was when I bought In Mysterious Ways on LP. I don't even bother looking.

Funny that it sometimes can be easier to find a vinyl than a cd.

God knows what I'll do without the internet..... eek

In Gibraltar there is no John Foxx material and in Spain the nearest place they stock John Foxx CDs is Gong Discos in Malaga. Although there's a Fnac in Marbella which I need to check out.

Thanks to the internet its not so lonely in my satellite! eek laugh

I know, I know.
