EXTRA tracks?
Afraid not Newvox. frown
All in nice digipacks, and digitally upgraded. but no extra tracks.
At least that's the last news I've heard from the project.
Hope this will change of course ... smile

Eight of the Kraftwerk albums were digitally remastered back in 2003. A special promotional box set (KLANGBOX001) was made available as a limited edition of 1000 copies worldwide. The set was entitled 12345678 : The Catalogue and contained...

Disc 01. Autobahn
Disc 02. Radio Activity
Disc 03. Trans-Europe Express
Disc 04. The Man Machine
Disc 05. Computer World
Disc 06. Techno Pop
Disc 07. The Mix
Disc 08. Tour De France Soundtracks

The album Electric Cafe (Disc 06) is here given its original title of Techno Pop. The discs all came in card sleeves featuring 'new' cover artwork.

I'm 'fairly' sure that non of the albums had any extra tracks - although I have a feeling that Computer World may have included Dentaku

Copies appear on eBay every once in a while - but they always go for large amounts.

Very interesting interview! A new album i will believe it when we see it!!

As for 2003 Remastered promo's none of the albums included additional tracks which as Kraftwerk routinely spent every day in the studio working on music is quite amazing you would think there would be an endless supply of additional material!!

I think there will perhaps be hundreds GB's stored of sounds & music at the Kling Klang studio's. But I'm afraid we'll never get to hear it. I think it's, among other ideas, a Kraftwerk policy to keep the brand 'special'.
But the idea is still to bring out the remasters, or isn't it Rob?

If that's the case they sold out a while ago...starting with The Mix "for studio testing purposes"...right
Testing the max.capacity of their bank accounts is more appropriate here.
Then they did that Expo 2000 thing, and that was it for me really.

"Ich bin der Musikant ohne euro in der Hand"...probably not...
But hey, we can't have enough of them euros right wink

Right Fons!
And I'll be happy to spend them on a couple of Kraftwerk remasters!
