I've just found this very interesting interview with Gary. Please note the Ultravox references smile

He mentions the Access Virus - Foxx was using the Access Virus B for the live soundtrack to Tiny Colour Movies at the Mac shop.

I don't know anything about synths. I'd like to know what gear Gary used for Sacrifice and Exile. I've been told the Korg M1.

He did use a Korg M1 on Sacrifice. That sound that Gary says he is fond of using in it's natural form, is a patch called 'Beauty' & it's from a Korg M1.

Gary spilled the beans in a Future Music video interview, in Gary's studio.

I think he also used a Roland D50.

Gary's NuWorld website has finally been redesigned! There's a new interview on there too, but most interesting is the news article about the discovery of the Micro Music master tapes plus alternative camera angle versions... all very exciting!! cool

It also mentions The Touring Principle tapes too!

Gary Numan Live stuff!? - what are the chances!?
wink

Must admit though - my Micro Music and Touring Principle tapes have probably evaported by now - of all the numan live material (and from what I've heard on the grapevine - there's a lot of it about), these two are most welcome laugh
