Now that is just WRONG eek

Phil Collins has made some of the worst records in the history of British music. I seriously believe the album to which you refer has a typo in it, and the 's' should be at the front of the word, not the end.

It contains several pieces from his hit album 'no talent required.'

But each to their own of course. cool

There's a place for everyone here

I hereby officially stake my place in the Hall of Shame: I actually liked the first two Phil Collins albums a lot, esp the second one with You Can't Hurry Love..(can't remember the name of it tho.)

Hee hee laugh

But does 'liking a song performed by that person' make one a "fan" of that person? It's not the same thing at all cool

Verso, I'm a John Foxx FAN, but I don't like all his songs… eek

I thought I'd breathe some life back into this thread, because I find myself attracted to various songs by Lily Allen and I needed somewhere to confess. shocked

But then, I guess...

I'm only human

Then I feel emboldened to confess I'm also partial to certain bits of Lily. smile 'The Fear' is just classic pop.

I forgive you now and I ask the same of you. While we were apart I was human too. laugh

Wasn’t sure I’d be able to contribute to this thread, no, its not that I don’t like? naff songs, I sure do, can’t get the torturous little devils out of my head, but its just that there’s all those other songs out there that I might actually like except that I can’t, the artists responsible keep getting in the way with their enormous personalities, and their failed chat-shows, and stupid names for their children, or own-label clothes range, and the Mockney accents, or pretending to be organic farmers, or writing Sunday newspaper columns, and those endless, endless crusades to save the planet on our behalf, Lawks a Lordy, its all Moider on the Dancefloor!

There’s a lot to be said for the artists who thankfully stick to the ideal of having something of a mystique about themselves, apologies for the rant, but it’s all a bummer for me.

So, back to the naff - I woke up on new years day with this Blue little ditty by Effiel 65 running through my head, aw, they’ve even provided subtitles, dabba dee-a dabba its time for an Asprin laugh :

And then there’s Bextoid, the cat-faced android, somewhere far away in the galaxy of Spiller there’s a planet out there just for her, someone, anyone, please kill the groovejet for me, and burn this Gawd damn house right down  :
