Introductions-long standing Foxx and Numan fan but also like progressive rock such as Rush. Good to join the forum.
Listening to lots of different types of music at the mo both from the above but also the likes of Klaus Schultz, Jarre and of all people Devo.
Take care all
Welcome to the forum Lamneth
Hi - welcome aboard!
Funnily enough, one of my best friends is heavily into both Numan and Rush.
I don't get Rush - what's the deal??

Been a Rush fan since the late 70's coinciding when they introduced a synth side to their music. As I am also a fan of good percussion and Neil Peart (arguably the best drummer on the planet) had an influence on me listening to the music and to sum it up the music kinda grew on me.
Hey there Lamneth!
I also dig some progrockers.
Started with Zappa, ended (for now) with Porcupine Tree.
Lamneth,
You must be my identical twin!!!.....I too am a massive Rush fan seen them several times live and I am originally from Yardley, Birmingham (now living in Richmond, North Yorks) Although Rush and John Foxx are poles apart musically there is a common thread somewhere, could be Peart's lyrics??.....
My Lord. Yardley? I am from Tile Cross just off the Radleys....My parents are still going strong there. I try and visit them at least once a year.
I went to Byng kenrick Central. I even did a stint at at Garrets Green tech. Dont know if its still there....
