from a non-musical point of view some of those mixing desks are really beautiful objects, I particularly like the shape and colour of the Helios, and Helios 2.

Ah, now I'm all confused. I was looking through the mixing desks on the website and when I saw the Ward Beck 2, I realised that what I thought was the Control Tower in Stingray must actually have been a recording studio!

Great blog, and did't realise that even quite old equipment seems to fetch a high price.
