Harold Budd was recently commissioned to write a short piece for the Bath Festival [‘The Midnight Winds of London’] that could be performed by anyone. You can see some videos of the results, and if you're interested download the score;

It's really cool to be able to download the 'handwritten' score - a nice touch

Even though it means diddly squit to me of course... :p
